“Fitted in an emergency call out to tenants with no heating, sent pictures and explained the issues in depth plus various options on repairs or replace. The boiler wasn't beyond repair just uneconomical due to the age, out of warranty and costs of parts/labour compared to new with 10yr warranty. The option was given to fix the old one.. I choose boiler replacement and boiler price ranges was also discussed. Detailed invoice, turned up when said, neat and tidy work. Mid range pricing but get high end quality of work. Landlords.. you might want to have him on your emergency call system.. I highly recommend! ”

Went above and beyond expectations for neat pipe work and even masonry repair from the old boiler. Reliable,kept me informed (landlord) and prompt replies to messages. Mid priced but top quality job. “We first found Mel from a Facebook recommendation and my first impression was that he cares about the customers he serves and is not just interested in taking your money. Mel is also patient and happy to explain issues in a way that’s easy to understand. He tried repairing our boiler for us and when it got to the point of needing replacement, he recommend a few cost effective options for a replacement that suited our needs and will hopefully last a long time (significantly cheaper than what we were quoted by British Gas). We will continue to use Nunn plumbing and gas for any needs that they are able to cover - I have already recommended Mel to a neighbour and won’t hesitate to recommend to others. Although Mel explained the situation needed to be dealt with via the water board, he spent a good part of 45 mins talking to me about the issue and gave me some fantastic advice. Melvin turned up to help us exactly when promised, gave us all the options (fix or replace), sourced a new Baxi boiler and was back quickly to do a very thorough job on the installation. He even replaced the kitchen tap while he was flushing the system! Toasty warm now - thanks Melvin!”

“Fantastic! Cannot fault- brilliant communication and excellent service. Our boiler was condemned so I found Nunn Plumbing and Gas here on Facebook, from people who recommended him. He gave us quotes for different boiler types, was very honest and the prices were very reasonable. As you can imagine, he was fully booked for the next few months, but as we had no hot water, he rang us back and managed to fit us in really quickly after a cancellation. On the day, he arrived promptly and did an excellent job. Would definitely recommend!”
