“Fitted in an emergency call out to tenants with no heating, sent pictures and explained the issues in depth plus various options on repairs or replace.
The boiler wasn't beyond repair just uneconomical due to the age, out of warranty and costs of parts/labour compared to new with 10yr warranty.
The option was given to fix the old one.. I choose boiler replacement and boiler price ranges was also discussed.
Detailed invoice, turned up when said, neat and tidy work. Mid range pricing but get high end quality of work.
